Who is eligible

The Southern Cross Seal is open to any Australian cultural practitioner working across the eight canonical categories — textiles, fashion, jewellery and adornment, leather works, industrial crafts, heritage and home, cultural objects and crafts, and creative and cultural works.

Your work must be produced entirely by hand, with manual or digital tools where human skill and contribution is significant, or mechanically where manual work is significant in at least one stage — aligned with EU Regulation 2023/2411.
