Seller Agreement Acknowledgement Form

This agreement enables you to sell as a verified Australian Practitioner and/or Maker on the Southern Cross Marketplace — the first provenance-verified marketplace for Australian cultural and craft producers. A valid Unique Practitioner Identifier (UPI) is required to participate. By completing this form you are confirming that you have read the Seller Agreement (CWA-MKT-001) in full and that you accept its terms as a condition of your seller account activation. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and forms part of your permanent seller record with the Creative Women’s Association.

I have read the Southern Cross Marketplace Seller Agreement (CWA-MKT-001) in full, including all terms relating to listings, provenance declarations, fees, audit, and enforcement.

Acceptance of terms(Required)

I accept the terms and conditions of the Seller Agreement and agree to be bound by them as a condition of my participation in the Southern Cross Marketplace.
