Every participant begins with the CWA Creative Excellence Program — a 10-month, evidence-informed foundational training. From there, you specialise in one of the nine Creative Disciplines, each designed to prepare you for professional roles that matter.

How it Works
Every participant begins with our CWA Creative Excellence Program, a 10-month, term-based, evidence-informed training program.
From there, you choose to specialise in one of our current Creative Key Learning Areas (KLAs), designed to lead directly into actual roles with income, credibility, and public impact.
Step 1. Shared Foundation
Evidence-based training in creative health, business, nervous system science, and systems leadership.
Step 2. Discipline Specialisation
Choose one of the Nine Disciplines (Pathways to Creative Excellence) and develop the skills, tools, and applied practice for that field.
Step 3. Real-World Practice
Placements, portfolios, and project work — so you graduate with practical experience and industry recognition.
Step 4. Post-Program
Apply to the CWA Creative Impact Fellowship for further leadership opportunities
