From Creative Work to Creative Authority.

The Creative Women’s Association™ was founded to address a clear gap: the systems that scaffold our economies, industries, and communities have never fully accounted for the creative work women already lead. This work is not marginal. It is a $650 billion industry — shaping culture, sustaining families, strengthening communities, and driving innovation across sectors. Yet until now, there has been no authoritative framework to recognise, organise, and amplify it.

CWA exists to build that framework.

We are not only a club or a collective — though we are proudly both. We are an Association that operates as an Authority: the first of its kind for creative women globally. Our role is to establish standards, certify practice, and construct the pathways that translate creativity into recognised work, trusted systems, and a sustainable creative economy.

Our framework is built on three pillars:

  • The Guild — a home for disciplines, career pathways, and collective knowledge.
  • The Certification — a system that recognises and validates creative practice as professional work.
  • The Authority — the governing body that ensures women’s creative power is embedded in culture, economy, and health.

We are more than the next revolution. We are evolution. Because where would this world be without This Woman’s Work?

The Creative Women’s Association™ is not filling a gap with rhetoric — we are building the infrastructure that allows creativity to stand where it belongs: at the centre of human progress.

The Creative Women’s Association exists to honour that legacy — and to build its future.

We are a national platform for women reclaiming their space in health, business, and the creative economy. Through practical tools, resources, and real-world pathways, we support women in the arts, trades, and wellness to lead, earn, and build lasting impact — for themselves, for their families, and for the communities that rely on them.

We stand inside this woman’s work.
We name it.
We value it.
We build real pathways for it — towards health, towards economic independence, towards visible, unapologetic creative power.

Through practical tools, business resources, a national health-informed creative network, and space for women’s work to be recognised — we are reshaping this woman’s world.
