Shape the future of Australian cultural work.

The Leadership Circle is for women who are ready to do more than support CWA — they are ready to help build it. This is a small, deliberate group of women who understand the mission at a strategic level and are committed to seeing it succeed.

Leadership Circle members have direct access to CWA’s Executive Director, behind-the-scenes visibility of CWA’s projects and strategy, and a seat at the table in the conversations that shape CWA’s direction. This is not a passive membership. It is an active commitment.

$400 per year. Leadership Circle members know what they are joining.

What your Leadership Circle membership includes

— Monthly Leadership Sync sessions — small group conversations covering strategy, advocacy, and the sector

— Behind-the-scenes access to CWA projects, partnerships, and policy work as it develops

— Priority access to speaking and leadership opportunities through CWA’s national networks

— Direct input into CWA’s advocacy positions and policy submissions

— Optional founding member recognition on the CWA website — your name and organisation as part of the permanent record of who built this

— Everything included in Community Foundation Membership

Who joins the Leadership Circle

Senior professionals. Cultural leaders. Philanthropists. Researchers. Advocates. Women with networks, expertise, and a genuine commitment to the economic recognition of Australian cultural work.

The Leadership Circle is deliberately small. CWA is not selling volume here — it is building a founding group of women whose voices and commitment will shape what CWA becomes over the next decade.

“The Cultural Work and Provenance Sector does not yet formally exist in Australia. The women who join the Leadership Circle now are the women who will be credited with building it.”

— Penelope Thomas, Founder and Executive Director, Creative Women’s Association
